Hey, don't let my b/f hear you tell me that... he'll get mad! But we already decided to not work with any of the huge snakes right now. Maybe in the future, but I'd have a lot of thinking to do on that.

I have some photo's I took of my carpet when I first got him, I'll share them. Didnt get any new ones yet..






And thi si shim going into his hide. I did swtich hides, to the kitty litter pans, these were a bit snug and I saw his scales get pushed a little b/c of it.  The kittly litter pans work great


I had to remove the branch tho, wasn't really working out. Since he was biggeer than I thought, i think he may tip the branch over and hurt himself some how... I may be able to screw it into the side somehow, or just find a sterdier piece.

I hope you enjoy him! I think he looks great- tho I seen some impressive looking carpets with hurt your eyes yellow!!!

Thanx yous 2. He didnt eat when offered food  :( But I offered kinda early in the day- with my bp's, my one would take food good early in the day, like at 5ish, and once th ebp ate with more consistancy, i got her to eat at night... thougth I would give that a try with the carpet, but didnt work...  He ate once in my care.

I bumped the warm side up a bit, so maybe next week...  Just kinda woring since I am seeing him roam the cage a bit more. Its not all the time, he does some exploring, then goes in the hide for a bit...

maybe he's looking for a mate... but I keep double checking its cage temps and all...

I hope ihave better luck next week!
