It weighs pounds ounces and grams. just wish it weighed the points of grams, cause those ones r dead on precise.

Ah okay well I'm not familiar with that one.  I love my 7001 though :)

I wanted to get the 7001, but since I mainly just care to weigh my geckos I ended up getting this one:

http://www.pangeareptile.com/store/index.php?target=products&product_id=29854

It only goes up to 300g, but that is fine for geckos. Down the line I may get a bigger scale though, since I do have snakes too.

This wouldn't suit my purposes but it sure looks like a great price for a handy dandy little scale!   Thanks for sharing it!

Weighing in on this (ha!) ...

I just picked up a nice little pocket scale from AmericanWeigh.com .  For $18, it not only fits in my pocket, but goes up to 500g - which is plenty for cresteds and gargs.  I like it and it seems to work okay, according to the calibration weight I snagged for $4.

Direct link for the scale: http://www.americanweigh.com/product_info.php?products_id=450
