try switching to ceramic croc dishes and moving them to the warm side... but make sure it doesn't start dripping off the lid. As for the female, take a seperate tote, fill it half way with 90 degree water (use a thermometer, our core body temps 98 degrees so it may not feel like you'd expect 90 degrees to feel), put her in it and put the lid on for about 30 minutes. See if that helps.

I'm betting it was a humidity issue. it obviously isn't too much humidity or you'd have it dripping from your tote lids... and it isn't too low of temps, if any thing it's at the very highest end of the acceptable range. Too much humidity and too low of temps are the main causes of RI. I'm still going with retained shed inside the nostril. I've actually seen them dry out so much that their lungs bleed... but I've never seen that outside of a glass tank or "custom wood" cage...

You don't, you get her humidity up and wait for her next shed. In RI cases, there is always mucus, usually at the corners of their mouth or in the nostrils.  They also do alot of open mouth breathing which is one of the reasons Mouth rot often appears shortly after an RI.
