bob Clark was the first to produce purples I'm pretty sure. and his strain of albinos produce purples, lavs and whites all in one clutch if I'm wrong  someone else can correct me.

Nope, you are correct. White/lavender/purple are all clark strain albino. Same gene, and you can get all 3 color phases by breeding any combination of the three. Albinos are extremely common now due to the size of retic clutches and the number of people breeding these animals vs the number of actual qualified homes for them. These are one of the easiest species of pythons to breed with the largest clutches. Hit kingsnake.com

I thought that it depended on what phase the parents were to determine what phase the babies would be? As in, there are incomplete dominant genes within the clark strain albino gene?

For instance, lavender x lavender will produce any of the three, purple x purple will produce all purples, white x white will produce all white? In addition, lavender x purple will produce lavenders and purples, and lavender x white will produce lavenders and whites? Correct me if I'm wrong, this is just what I've gathered from reading.
(On a side note, what would happen if a purple and white were crossed? I'm assuming the offspring would be all lavenders.)
If it has scales, I want it. Period.

that's not how it works. purple to purple will stilll produce whites, lavenders, and purples... white to white will still produce whites, lavenders, and purples, doesn't matter which combination you use, your chances of getting a full clutch of only one color phase are pretty slim. Though I do still think selective breeding might increase your odds for more of them being a desired color phase, but chances of a pure all purple clutch are slim to none... They did all (meaning all 3 phases) originate from bob clarks original wild caught purple male.

I thought his original male was a lavender? I'm no expert, but to me that looks like a lavender, not a purple.

Alright, you got me, lol. It was a lavender. Regardless, all 3 color phases came from the same original male. They're all the exact same gene and will produce all 3 color phases when bred in any combination.

Yeah, lavender will produce all three, but whenever I hear  people talking about breeding purple or white albinos, and they list what they should get, it seems like it always depends on what the parents were. Well, I know someone who bred a purple to a purple tiger, so I'll just wait and see if he hatches out all purples.

Lol, no faith? Call Bob or send him an e-mail and ask him. There was only one line that claimed to produce all purples and I don't know if there's any legitimacy behind it because the seller definately does not have a good reputation and I wouldn't recommend buying from him based on what I've seen on the BOI and that is Allen Belcher of Big Daddy Wholesale

Nope, none of that here. I also don't have faith of what others seem to say, I only believe what I've seen myself, and I saw a lavender x purple clutch of 27 eggs that hatched out nothing but lavs and purples.

I sent Bob a message, I'll wait and see what he says.
