Good thought, but I'm pretty sure she's just a screamin Brazilian. If you can think of any Peruvian "tells" let me know and I'll check it out.
They don't really color up until around two years of age. Then they tend to have super deep reds and oranges. A lot brighter than most BRB. Plus their markings are bolder and thicker. Also they don't tend to have much yellow in the marking on the sides. And last where BRB fade out some with age PRB hold their color.
