what are the odds of NOt hitting a pied????  i paired up my pied to a 100% het pied (or thats what i was told anyway :innocent9:) that i purchased 2 years ago. she gave me 6 good eggs on her first time!!!  on day 52 of incubation, i got excited  and cut the eggs.  now i aint saying that i can every inch of every snake,,, but i aint seeing any white. WTF......  what are the odds of not getting atleast one pied?  at what point should i question the seller of this "het pied"?  this is a prime example of why i dont bet money.....  (clinching fists)

Which i could help, but i don't know. I would think with a Pie and one het you would be guaranteed to have at least one. Keep us posted on if any turn out to be Pie.

i would think the same thing..   iv been looking at videos on youtube and as soon as people crack the eggs,, therer like " theres a white snake"......  well i aint seeing anything like that. the bitch about it is,, i paid 100% het price for this female.   and now im thinking, how many more years do i try this girl before i call the seller and raise hell..  GOD,, i feel like a gitty school girl running around with my panties in a knot.
    if  i was an optomist, i would be thinking that i got 6 good 100% hets out of it...  im hoping im wrong.

Each baby has a 50% chance of being pied in that pairing. Out of 5 babies I'd say that's a good 92% or so that you're going to get at least one pied. If you didn't get anything, I think I'd be notifying the breeder. At least all those babies are 100% hets, but it sounds like someone may owe you a pied or two. Did this het have markers?

yea, the het has markers, i also have another het that has the same markers and shees from a different source,,, but im not sure how true markers are,,, i also have a normal that has "markers".  like i said, i dident see any "white snakes", but that doesent mean that i saw the whole body of each snakes eigther.
   before i go pointing fingers,, im gonna see what hapens, but i was just wandering what the odds were of having 6 eggs, and getting all "normal" looking snakes.
     LOL,, i wish i dident even open them :WACK:
