I figured I'd post this for everyone to read so they can better
formulate their arguements in letters to representatives. It's
incredibly long; 56 pages. I do suggest reading it before a letter is
written though so you can claim with confidence that there is no
scientific basis whatsoever to this report or to the consecutive
bill. It may help our arguement in the long run. Just a thought.
