Hi everyone um Iam wondering are king snakes nocturnal?.

As far as I know most of them are daiurnal

I believe most of them are diurnal. While not all of my kings are active during the day, NONE of them are active at night. Most of them have the routine of coming out in the morning to sun, then lounging about during daylight hours...sometimes roaming if they are hungry... or trying to escape (the newbie) and finally retreating to their hides for the night.

Okay  because I got a king snake  all most 2 weeks ago and it is still a baby now the snake's eyes was blue and now they have whent back to normal again now that means that the snake is going to be shedding soon right?.  And the snake  has been sitting very still and won't eat for me is that normal for them to not eat when going into sedding?. :)

Yes. Don't handle it either when it's getting ready to shed. Just make sure the humidity is right.

Okay thanks I have not been touching the snake this snake is so pretty the morph is Brooks and Goni a all balck with rusty orange on it and it is well tame very sweet and a good eater. ;)
