more than likely yes. I could do some digging and talk to the guy who produced them if you'd like. Variegata and Harrisoni are very very similar in appearance and it wont be but a few years before you start seeing pure variegata in the states that were brought over in shipments of harrsoni. Not to mention you could get away with it because on the import list the morelia spilota isnt broken down to sub species and since morelia spilota are legal in the states you may be able to by pass it. but no ones taken that chance as of yet.

From the owner of the first and only albino carpets hatched in the US. "The albino and the 66% hets are all 50/50 Darwin/Irian Jaya."

Irian Jaya is Morelia spilota harrisoni. Morelia spilota variegata has the common name Northwestern carpets and are not available in the US as 100% right now. They are very similar to the IJs and every so often importers try selling harrisoni as variegata because they are that similar and can be hard to tell apart if you dont know what you are looking for. Also Bredl pythons are no longer listed under the spilota genus and have been classified as their own species, Morelia bredli. And yes the albino gene is from variegata. A better size range for jungles would be up to 7 ft as this isnt really that uncommon to see large females around 7ft. Sorry to bust in on your thread Im just a big latin geek and wanted to make some clarifications
the care part seems to be exactly on point with husbandry which is the most important
Thanks for the info! Where I got my info must not've been updated, but with a quick look you are correct. But, the proper common name for the new scientific name for IJ's would now be Papuan Carpet Python. I'll update in a jiff.

Common names arent necessarily incorrect. Both Irian Jaya and West Papuan are correct. Many snakes have several common names. Thats why its important to have latin correct as well as learn the latin names for snakes. (:

True, but it was worth a mention since the province Irian Jaya no longer exists and is now West Papua, lol. I personally prefer the latin names too, much easier than dealing with all of the common names thrown around.

I have not fixed any of the broken links on the OP yet but if you need to view a certain morph or locality go to this page on my website:

The links are all in working order there.
