Personally, I haven't heard anything.  Just googled it with no results.  Maybe someone here that is more acquainted with the retic morphs will know.

thanks for all the help......the guy who brought them to my attention is not full of baloney. and he linked me to the nerd page. ofcourse my jaw hit the floor and my eyes popped out because i had never imagined there was melanistic rets.
i'm sorry i did'nt do a sooner follow up on this thread but i've had 5 pages of comments all day at rg and for every comment i answer i get 2 more.
