RTB...what locale or morph...
« on: July 10, 2010, 02:36:44 AM »
might he be? I just got him from a  respectable breeder but the guy only specializes in ball pythons so he wasn't much help on the specifics(he's selling them for a friend). So just for the heck of it, anyone wanna take any guesses on what locality, morph, etc. he might be?

All the photos in this album are of him:

Looks like a normal Colombian to me;  Boa Constrictor Imperator.  Nice!

Thanks! :)

And it is, I finally found the breeders number and asked him what it is. Can't believe I didn't think of doing that in the first place haha

The original owner bred for the litter so he could sell them in his pet shop. He had more than he needed in his shop and they were taking up room at his house that he needed. The guy that sold him to me is one of his friends and often sells his bp's at the breeders shop(but I bought two from him personally last year) so he offered to house and sell them for him(he had some extra room). It actually was a nice deal considering I only had to pay $50 and they were almost twice that at the shop, same litter and no differences.

Nice normal BCI.  That's a pretty darn good deal for a boa that would have sold for twice that.  Have fun with it.  They are a blast when they get bigger, and more and more curious about things.

Huh? I see em for 65 bucks or less at the shows all the time. Avoid big chain petstores at all cost if you can.

It's not a from a pet store and there aren't any shows near in my state. I've never seen one around here that cheap before so it was a nice deal.
