I know this is an ongoing debate. I was just wondering what others are feeding

im always for f/t if the snake will take it, its risk free the snake wont get hurt and i can buy more food at a time so i dont need to go and buy every feeding time

We feed F/T. It is much safer, and i don't have to hear the rabbits scream...

Definately F/T, not just for the risks of scratches and bites, but parasites as well. Plus it's nice to only have to go out to the freezer, instead of to the pet store every feeding day. And if someone refuses food, I don't have to try to keep a rabbit alive until next feeding day.

f/t man. It's the only way to go.  Not only safer for the animals, but cheaper, less messy, less stinky, and could you imagine a rat taking a chunk out of your $75,000 albino green anaconda?   I'd have a heart attack.  f/t gets my vote. The only time i've had to use live was to coax w/c or baby colubrids into feeding, and even then, there's other ways around it.

My male bp(I know people say they are picky eaters) eats f/t live mice or rat(Prays he never changes) anything in his container we feed him in in his face is a gonner either way live or f/t. But the female bp and female boa we are still working with them as they eat live havent tried f/t and i dont think im gonna because thats what my boyfriend wants and he always thumps them if he sees any danger. The female bp waits tell the rat pups is very cold before she downs man does she take for ever to eat. But any old who this is my 2 cents.

Honestly it depends on the who the what the when an the where.
I absolutely hate frozen thawed -__- mainly cuz i hate thawin them out. But for those that will take prekilled i have no issues in wackin a rat or mouse an givin them a twitcher. I do have a few snakes that recive live  but everyones essentialy on a transition to prekilled. Mainly though because my collection has gotten so large that f/t is just cheaper lol.

F/T for me.  I used to feed live to Boots when I first got him into my care cause that's what he had always been on.  The second feeding that he was at my house, he got bit by the rat without me seeing it.  It was a small puncture wound near his mouth and I did clean it and it's healed without infection.  I switched over to F/T after that.  I order from RodentPro and it's really nice cause I don't have to worry about keeping the rat/rabbit alive if he refuses to eat.  I do throw them away though if he refuses just cause I like to think of it was me eating that, I wouldn't wanna eat something that's already been killed, frozen, thawed and then f/t again.  Eh, maybe it's just me, but I don't think it's too healthy for them to eat refrozen/rethawed either.
