i got a humidity guage

i bought a kritter humidity guage those round thingys but now im hearin that those aint no good but its the best i can do right now

Ah well I'm not real sure how those work, but I'm sure it'll give you some kind of idea either way if it's completely accurate.

it should work well enough, it's not like you're incubating eggs with it. what's the humidity at?

wow, that would be good for a retic, but too much for a burm. need to uncover an inch or so of that screen and bring that down... that is assuming the guage is working properly. at 95% your glass should be all fogged up.

Yeah like Donnie said, uncover that screen a little bit and leave it alone for a few hours, then check the gauge again!

cool, so it's working to bring the humidity up, now you just have to cut out a little bit of plastic at a time til you get the humidity where you want it, should only be about 60% in there.
