Honestly I don't see it as an answer not with how they have decided to do it. There was a guy recently flaming me on youtube that claime to be a hunter an braged about ho wmuch he made killin burms, the funny part came when i mentioned lisences an he said "what isneces lets see proof where its required to have them"

all they did was turned the nut jobs loose...
