I just ordered mine today, so I haven't gotten it yet. But let me tell you something about quality service. As most of you know, my yellowhead retic is about to drop eggs on me within the next week, and I don't have my incubator finished yet. So I went to order my thermostat this morning, and was calling around trying to find someone who could get it shipped today, and I wanted it overnighted. Well this morning NOBODY was answering phones, I even called helix controls directly, and left them a voicemail. I ended up finding

Well a little after that the president of Helix Controls returns my call, I tell him I had actually just ordered from one of his retailers. He told me Rich at reptilebasics was a great person to order from and he was glad I got it done. we hang up. Then this suprised me, he called me back (the president of helix) just a few minutes later and spend another half an hour giving me as much advice as he could about building an incubator and even offered to help me discuss ways to get the mother retic off the eggs. Now I only just ordered so obviously I don't have my product yet, but something tells me that these are only the best kind of people to work with and I already think I will be buying many many more helix thermostats. I'll let you all know how it performs in a few days.
