Waking Up To A Nightmare!

Woke up yesterday morning to my female banana king eating my male puelban milk she killed! I was so upset! I'll have to watch her if I get another male to mate with her. It's weird because she just went back on feeding about a month ago and I was trying to fatten up for breeding this year. Beleive they mated over the past several week, guess wait and see if she drops eggs or not. Last year they produced beautiful baby imperials for me. Both have been living together for two years without any problems. Rip Romans I'll miss you buddy.  :grim1:

Wow that sucks :(

That is one major reason why I will NEVER house any of my snakes together :(

Well regardless of housig seperate or together, in the future I'm going to have to watch her while putting a male in tank to breed with her now! She's a very large female, so my plan is to get a large male to breed with her. My milk was a tiny ant compared to her!

Sorry to hear about your loss and I'm sure it made you feel somewhat helpless. I would have been heart broken myself.
