Petey my Pueblan milksnake.

What can I say about Petey he is beautiful. He is always a head turner. I think its the tricolor effect people are just captured by the red white and black. He is a real joy to have in my collection he always eats and he is beautiful what more could you ask for.

Thank you, and I totally agree they are cute little colubrids. Petey has come a long way when I first got him all he wanted to do is poop and musk on me. Now he is actually calm and not always on the go. He will give me a squirt every once and a while though just to remind me whos boss. lol

Lol, that's too funny.  Does the smell of that musk ever like subside?  I went to a friend's house and he seemed used to it but it was just god awful to me.  His house is full of colubrids.

Yeah you kinda get used to it. The worst is black rat snake musk I think it kinda smells like a skunk.

Ewwww, I'm not sure if I could ever get used to it.  Definitely would have a snake room closed off for them lol!!
