Well, I decided to get a girlfriend for my boy Randal, who is just a normal but he was my first python 9 years ago, so I want to have some babies from him at some point. I ended up finding a beautiful reduced pattern/granite type gal, her name is Belome. Here she is:
I put them together and got a lot of "courting" going on, but no locks. So I decided to put her in with another male I have on 12/2, named Monty. This guy is a very strange normal who has a lot of weird stuff going on - chocolate head, black eyes, weird blushing, clear belly, and some black washing that comes up all of his sides. Well, I checked on them around 5 am today (12/3) and we got a lock! They are still locked together as we speak

Even though she was meant for Randal, I am by no means disappointed. Babies are always good no matter what! So hopefully eggs are in my near future. When her and Monty are done, I will be putting her back with Randal to see if that will make him a more aggressive breeder. Just thought I'd share with everyone.
