Creepy Critters at UNC
« on: October 27, 2009, 09:15:20 AM »
Yesterday with a group I am involved in on campus called Helping Paws, we had a Halloween event called Creepy Critters at UNC, which was basically a mini-reptile show run by me and my friends, and some other people brought small animals like mice and ferrets. The idea behind this event was to try to dispel myths about animals that people think are creepy or scary, particularly snakes and lizards. I took some pictures of the people that came in holding the critters, so enjoy! And sorry for the quality of the pictures, some people wouldnt stop moving lol!

And a big thanks to Danny, DGN_Reptiles, for bringing some of his animals out and helping me a ton!

Looks like an awesome time you guys had.  Always a pleasure to get the community involved and show them that not all reptiles are creepy and scary!!
