Boaphile Ball room rack
« on: July 05, 2009, 11:29:47 PM »
Does anyone have experience with the four bin dual rows flexwatt heat rack system from Boaphile? Am ready to purchase in week or so, but figured i would ask if any one has one or can direct me towards a similar rack set up. The way i see it is I'll be paying 100$ per rack with heat ready to go, and with dual rows of heat. Have searched everywhere for others but this one seems to be the most worthwhile. I don't have the time to build my own, so am going ready to use bought route. Didn't really believe it at first when i got my first BP 4 mos ago when everyone here said you can't stop at one.LOL I kinda have four now. Two are mine and two are my nephews. It all started when my nephew, who's ten, wanted a morph to breed to his normal but couldn't afford it, and i was wanting to get another snake after of ten years not having one. So i got a spider to start with. And now i bought a really unique normal. Now its time to start simplifying our housing setup from tanks to racks. Man i can't wait! An albino and Mojave are on their way soon too to join i hope. So, if anyone one out there can offer up a comparable setup they'd recommend i am seriously looking. I'm loving it  ;D

Never used boaphile but i just baught a rack from a friend who just started making them. The quality is outstanding and they are super sturdy. its an all around excellent rack system and they are actually 5 high. I dont know how determined you are on boaphile but you should atleast check his out here is his website http://cbballpythons.com/wp/racks-and-cages/ again man these are top notch racks  :10of10: I love mine and plan on getting all mine from him.

Thanks william123. Those do look pretty decent. And five tubs would be nice and that seems really good price too! How well does your heat? My spare bedroom/snakeroom is usually around low 70's in winter and much warmer other seasons.

Heats just fine i keep my helix thermostat around 90 and i get a reading of about 87 at the back of the tub where the heat is. you can also get deviders and actually house up to ten snakes untill they get up to around 1500 grams. Its def the way to go

I sent a message for more info from C.B.B.P.  Really interested in that setup for sure. The option to house more than 5 snakes if the time comes is appealling. Really do thank you for the recommendation william123.

No prob man! make sure you let me know if you decide to go further with it. really think you will be happy. Def beats messing with all those aquariums that take up alot of space and its alot better for the snakes as well.
