 :Evil4: :devil26: Welcome to the Darkside!!  :devil26: :Evil4:

I really enjoyed the little mini-bios you gave us of all your animals! I sat and read it all. And I just kept laughing every time I cam across a "Keith Redman Line" animal. Snoop is a good friend of ours! We got our pair of F2 Anerys from him. He's a really great guy.

You are super local by the way. I from Jersey, right over the Commodore Barry Bridge!! I'm surprised I haven't ran into you by now! I recognized your name though, I've seen you wandering around Fauna. Glad to have you here! Maybe one day I'll run into you at Hamburg or Havre De Grace or something. And I will be at Daytona as well (still pending Plane ticket, tho). Are you going to White Plains this weekend??

And just to add to everyone else's comments, I'll say it again... You have a really nice collection and some quality animals. Salem is to die for, he is a perfect representation of his morph (not to mention I'm from a little town in South Jersey called Salem!! LoL).

I first saw Iris in the photos you submitted for the contest.
:goodjob: Good job by the way!! All those photos are fantastic. Way to up the competition!!
She is phenomenal!! From the photos in the contest, and with those beautiful markings on her head, I thought she was a Longicauda at first glance!! And than when I saw her in this thread, I thought she was a Salmon. She's freaking gorgeous.

Good luck with your new clutch!! You mind explaining that incubator to me by the way?? It looks great. And is that Pearl-Lite??
Anyways, sorry for the windy post. See you around!
Cheers!

Thanks everyone!
The pictures were taken with a normal Kodak digital camera in natural sunlight with no flash if you can believe it! Most of them didn't need photoshop either.
"soldier" I'm surprised we haven't run into each other yet as well!
We're trying to make it to Daytona so hard, but it just might not happen this year. I really want to go to the M.A.R.S. show again this year. Keith will be there, it's a really nice 2 day show, I usually only go the first day though.
I ga ga over Salem all the time. Nicholas doesn't appreciate him as much as I do, lol. And Iris was 2nd pick of the litter if you can believe it!
Her sister had crazy bright colors in her tail, but that head pattern just grabbed me. She came from Clockwork Reptile company :)
Kinda bad news with the eggs. I was using Hatchrite in the incubator. The bag I received had a hole in and I had to remix it myself, as the eggs started to dehydrate and collapse too soon. I moved them into a container off the 'bator floor and tried to get the humidity up. yesterday i finally ditched the hatchrite and had a good friend of mine mix up some vermiculite for me and put them in a closer container. But he said they looked pretty bad... he said they have maybe a 90% chance of not making it :( But I still have them in the bator. I'm not taking those suckers out until their dead and moldy!
I'm pretty devastated. I lost 3 days sleep sitting up with them all night trying to figure out what to do to fix them. In a word... Eff. You. See. Kay. Hatchrite.
The only good thing is my other female may go after all, so I may get another chance to try this. WITHOUT the Hatchrite. :/
A new incubator will be in order next year as well. No way I'm taking any chances when I've got super pastels, pewters and bees in there!
I'm hoping boa season will be much better. Hypo hoggs, f3 super salmons and salmons. I was hoping to pick up a snow male to breed to Evanna to try and prove out if she's het albino. (plus I thought she'd make sweet triple hets!) but she may end up going to Bastian as well this season. But she's gonna need a bigger tub for sure! She'll pop the lid off if she swells from ovulation! lol
Thanks again everyone!
I'll update soon. Haven't had a lot of time with the eggs and all :)
