I suggest to try to keep on hands the BP after he have half prey swallowed...grabbing the last part of the body nearest the tail ...
... YOU could prolly see him acting like a chondro !!

Cautions :
1) the BP must be tame and handleable to do that !
(the risk is the lil-cutie fastly regurgitate the pray
and concentrate its "love" to your fingers !)
2) be sure to avoid his "affection" when it finish the first meal after he relocate jaws,
'cause it could be in a food-frenzy-status.
(if the BP is used to eat more than one mouse per meal )
3) be sure to have well washed hands and no residual prey smell !!
