i belive is ee what your talking about (the lil bit of brown  thats on tehe dge of some of the subcottle scales),  it does lookt o me like it could be starting  switching over a a dry bedding WILL help most deffinately.  Its prety much a waiting game of drying it up but at the same time you gota becareful  with your snakes needs a small amount of antibiooic n any places that seem alilto sore or raw deffinately will help,  Novalosan is a great antibiotic to use for sure. switching the heat scource realy wont have that much effect least in my exprence with it but either way  when you switch teh beddinge spiclay over to paper you need to keep a close eye on the change in temps as it can get to hot in a basking spot prety fast since theres not a whole lot to distribute the heat/ obsorb it as it where. SO  a temp gun is decidedly needed so it can be accurately measured.
Make sure if you do put any antibiotic on (neosporian, novalosan etc.) that you wipe away any excess to much of a good thing can unfortunately be a bad thing. It just takes a tiny amount.

just my 2 cents ;)
