Humidity is really really easy... so many people have problems with it, then when I tell them what they need to do to get it right, they get argumentative... But here is what I do
Decrease ventilation... the more ventilation you have, the more heat and humidity escapes (but make sure the snake can breathe)
Eliminate all exposed wood.... wood is a humidity sponge and dries out the air, than includes wood bedding... sure, your glass will fog up for a little bit when you soak the hell out of it, but soon as it dries, bye bye humidity. Use paper.
Use belly heat, get rid of the heat lights, they dry out the air and our nocturnal animals don't like light anyway.... it stresses them out, that's why they're nocturnal.
use a ceramic water dish, not only is it heavy so they don't tip it over, but it transfers heat well. Place it on the hot spot.
I keep retics which need way higher humidity than the boas, burms, balls, and corns that most people keep... and I haven't misted a cage in years. It works, my humidity stays at a constant 70-80%
