early field herping in Nj

Spring is just hitting here in New Jersey and this is my first year herping. Still a little early,but got some finds in the past three weeks.Some pics aren't so good because they were all taken on my cell phone.

Yeah I have a pretty good time out here catching things, but I'm still waiting for the weather to get more stable. I like all snakes, but its still all garters lol. Its nice going out and catching things because it keeps my mind off of buying anymore ;D lol Wish jersey was a little warmer. And it's nice to see another jerseyian lol what part?

nice finds there, i havn't gotten the chance to go herping yet here in tn. i love wild garters, they sure have a attitude for such a little guy
when u mess with the snake, eventually you're going to get bit! jake "the snake" roberts
