I'd like to add that I'm very sure large constrictors do not even come close to that number, though fatalities do occur.

I have no numbers on the large constrictors though, but if someone else has the info they should share.  I have a few more books but some looking would be involved haha

Well I have a few...hahah, I'm really nerdy so it may not be EXACTLY what you're looking for...here's some:

Venomous Snakes of the World - Mark O'Shea (he also has a Boas and Pythons of the world too!!!)
The NEW Encyclopedia of Snakes - Chris Mattison (and yes, I have his old one and his new one haha)
Life in Cold Blood- David Attenborough
The Selfish Gene- Richard Dawkins
River out of Eden- Richard Dawkins

Either the Complete Ball Python or Complete Boa (Kevin McCurley/ Vincent Russo) are great reads, though obviously specific to what the names imply.

There's a couple.

Okay well, that's also good to know ;)

Last week a girl starting talking micro-biology to me.  Opening up convo with, "So what's your favorite disease/virus?"
Amazing.  I need more girls like that around hahah
